Buckwheat-kefir Diet

Eat following this menu at least twice a day: 1 cup kefir + 1 tablespoon raw washed buckwheat, which 8 hours infused at room temperature. You need to eat this dish in the morning and evening, and during the day to follow a proper diet (eat boiled chicken breast, vegetables, and fruits).

0.5 kg of buckwheat needs to pour 1.5 liters of boiling water. Wrap dishes with buckwheat in a thick towel and leave overnight. On the first day, this amount of porridge will suffice. Further, the number will depend on your desires.

Follow this diet no more than two weeks.

Approximate menu for one day:

  • Breakfast: 100 g buckwheat, black coffee (optional).
  • Second breakfast: a glass of kefir or a handful of dried fruit.
  • Lunch: 100 g of buckwheat, 200 grams of vegetable salad seasoned with olive oil, tea.
  • Afternoon: snack with unsweetened fruit or vegetables (apple, cucumber, tomato); or a glass of tomato juice (without salt).
  • Dinner: A glass of low-fat yogurt and 100 grams of buckwheat porridge.

The effectiveness of buckwheat-kefir diet

The main advantage of this diet is effective weight loss. Of course, it is also worth noting the normalization of metabolism, improving the condition of the skin and hair, reducing the signs of cellulite.
